GoldMind Project is looking for an individual to fill the volunteer role of Lead Event Coordinator. Lead Event Coordinator is a comittee level position within the organization and caries the following duties and responsibilities.

  • Lead the events comittee.
  • Attend and chair all event comittee meetings.
  • Work with Volunteer Commitee to recruit other volunteers for the event comittee.
  • Maintain a log of potential upcoming events.
  • Work with board to propose, plan and hold events.
  • Learn lessons from events and incorporate into GoldMind Project events knowledge base.
  • Form, lead and disolve individual sub-committees as necessary to plan and hold approved events.
  • Collect informaiton from attendees of each event.
  • Promote events in conjunction with other comittees.
